We ship within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship internationally, to Alaska or Hawaii, or to P.O. boxes.
Standard shipping is $5.95 and typically arrives in 3 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping is $14.95 and typically arrives in 2 to 3 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders over $49. Delivery windows begin once your order has shipped and are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a U.S. public holiday begin processing the next business day.

Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy page.
For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements or probiotics. If a product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right regardless of whether the seal is broken.
No. Dietary supplements are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and no seller can honestly claim otherwise. The FDA regulates supplements as food rather than as drugs. We publish the supplement facts panel, other ingredients and manufacturer for each product as we transcribe them from the label. Where a panel is not yet listed, the product page says so and you can email us for it.
No. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. Every product is sourced from a third-party supplier and sold under the supplier's own labelling. We are not a private-label brand, and we think it is worth saying plainly rather than implying otherwise.
This site cannot take a card payment yet — no payment provider is connected, so there is nothing to enter a card into. Once one is connected, payments will be handled entirely by that provider and card details will not pass through our servers.
